Our coaches are the driving force for our programming. They create the meaningful experiences that transform our participants into ocean lovers.
We are a fun-first operation but our coaches continually engage our participants in ways that encourage curiosity and self discovery in marine habitats. Our coaches are as knowledgeable and passionate about protecting the ocean as they are about playing in it.
Our ideal candidates are deeply committed to ocean conservation and always have a wetsuit ready to go. This role is an opportunity for those with extensive ocean sports experience to introduce their passion for the outdoors to future generations.
